Helping Leaders Grow | The senior leadership at HHH wanted to move beyond team-building exercises and start building a personalized professional development plan for each member of their management team. Pearl Street designed a three-month engagement process that centred around a 363 DiSC profile for all senior leadership. This data-driven report gave each leader specific feedback and suggestions on their personal leadership development journey. These goals were then incorporated into regular performance reviews for ongoing evaluation.
