The Better ballot campaign
With our friends at the Canadian Federation of University Women (Guelph Chapter), we build the campaign and infrastructure for The Better Ballot Campaign with the goal of empowering women and others to feel safe and confident to run for offices.
Children's Foundation of Guelph & Wellington
Building on our DiSC training for 2016 and 2017, we ran a lunch and learn session for the team about email etiquette and how best to use tech to build relationships.
ECNO
2018 was the year of ECNO, as we helped them roll out a new logo, messaging and tools to engage their membership. Together we created newsletters, conference support, media work and brochures! Quick fact: we had more briefs for ECNO than any other client in 2018!

Fresh Insights
This Guelph based consultancy was ready to evolve and needed a hand thinking about how they could strategically engage their current customers and welcome new clients. We helped to frame out a communications approach that told the fresher Fresh Insights story and grounded a sales plan focused on growth and impact.
Guelph Campaign School
The seed where the Better Ballot started. An inspiring February meeting of over 80 women interested in running for office in the fall municipal elections. Our CLO co-lead one of the sessions focused on campaign marketing 101
Homewood Research institute & Research institute for aging
These sister organizations were building individual communication plans and together asked Pearl Street to coach their teams through the development of their plans. Over the course of 4 months, we helped to design and populate two ready to execute plans that will guide their communications for the next 36 months.
InnPower
The utility from Innisfil needed a hand communicating some big and complicated rate changes to their community. Using plain language, strong design and an intentional plan, Pearl Street created and executed a comms plan that was well received by staff, citizens and local government.
JEM Retirement Coaching
This sol-preneuer was starting a new business focused on helping individuals and couples enter retirement successfully. Focused on the needs of prospective clients Pearl Street designed a fun brand, created value-based messaging and designed a simple yet impactful web site to launch JEM into the world.
kids can shine
Elora’s newest pediatric therapy clinic was moving to a new location and was facing technical challenges to leverage its current database of contacts to tell them about the move. Team Pearl Street came to the rescue with messaging support and tech know-how to wrestle the database demons and get email flowing again.
Live Well Health Clinic
The team from Live Well has a suite of new services and programs they wanted their local community and the entire province to know. Pearl Street helped articulate what the Live Well story was evolving into and designed creative materials for use in the clinic and through other service partners

The Ontario marathon Canoe Kyack Racing Association
Also known as OMCKRA, this team of rowing enthusiastic was getting ready to host a national event and needed to step back for a little planning time. Pearl Street facilitated a board retreat that resulted in a work plan for the year, clarity about goals and a renewed sense of purpose.

This was the year the Pint Glass productions came to life to share their writing, Development and production and branded entertainment skills with the world. Pearl Street designed the PintGlass branding, story, web and social content for their soft launch and ongoing customer engagement.
Security Compass
The leadership team at Security Compass was renewed and growing and wanted to take time for an off-site retreat to think about how they could best collaborate for their amazing trajectory of growth. Pearl Street facilitated a DiSC and 5 Dysfucnations sessions that in the words of their CEO “transformed how their leadership team worked.”
The School of Environmental Design and Rural Development
A few years after their amalgamation, The School of Environmental Design and Rural Development (SEDRD) was ready to rethink how their different departments shared their story and connect with prospective students. Pearl Street lead their academic team through a messaging session to discover new languages
The Simcoe Country Student Transportation
The Simcoe Country Student Transportation consortium needed a visionary strategic plan to guide their next steps. Working with their board and staff, we listened to community members to build a plan that aligned their human and financial resources.
Upper Grand District School Board
The Upper Grand District School board wanted to strengthen how their facility teams communicate and work together. Pearl Street ran a fun and engaging DiSC session that gave their plant and operation teams a new appreciation for their collective strengths and new common language to support problem-solving.

Our good friends at Wellington Catholic needed a hand putting together branding for their growing number of IB schools. Building on the branding we built for WCDSB in 2015 and incorporating international design standards we created a style guide that will let the board and schools tell their IB story.
