Change-Making Marketing and Facilitation

With our friends from Wilton Consulting, we co-designed a new 3-year strategic plan for the team from AgScape, focusing on fund development and member engagement. Using our magical engagement powers we listened to members, staff, funders and the board to articulate a new visio, clarity to their mission and a road map to align staff and board passions.

Better Ballot

Working with the dedicated leaders from The Guelph Chapter of the Canadian Federation of University Women, Pearl Street updated the Better Ballot Campaign messaging and technology for the 2019 federal election. #AskHerToRun #HelpHerWin

City of Guelph

Pearl Street helped the city roll out their new online parks and rec booking system. RecEnroll is a fun and engaging brand focused on the end-user and the immense value that city programming brings families. Pearl Street supported its roll out with groovy new brand, a ready to execute marketing campaign, messaging and a suite of online and in person tools.

Dairy Farmers Ontario

Pearl Street worked with DFO leadership to research, summarize and reflect on a number pressing sector issues. Our research included sector conversations, online reading and connecting with voices outside of dairy. We presented our insights with the board directly and our recommendations were integrated into next step operational and governance planning.

Pearl Street continued to support ECNO with monthly marketing, member engagement and event marketing support. This year we updated their web presence, built new creative for their annual conference and, with our friends from Pint Glass Productions, produced a video showcasing their new strategic plan.

As a lead sponsor of EDPG, Pearl Street continued to support this group of non profit leaders from Guelph Wellington. In addition to our marketing and event communications support, we host a Google Drive space where members can share information, ideas and tools. #LetsShare

Building on the branding we created in 2018, Pearl Street supported edsembli through the external communications around a complex M&A. We also worked with them on the development of sales tools for their growing product lines and building a suite of on-brand product logos and product titles. 

 

Guelph Little Theatre

With our friends at Barking Dog Studios, Pearl Street supported GLT with the design of a new and highly functional web site. We facilitated the design process and conversions to help the GLT team clarify their messaging and built technology solutions that streamlined their internal operations. Mistall turned to Pearl Street when they were looking for a new and modern logo and end-user messaging to reflect their updated product and service offerings. Their new logo and branding is strong, bold and references the innovation and leadership they bring to the parking industry. #WeHeartThisLogo

Oaktree Project

Now in its 5th year, Pearl Street is a founding partner of the Oak Tree Project. With our friends at The Letter M, we help bring the #OTP story to life and encourage community support. Pearl Street looks after much of the strategic messaging, writing and media relations for all Oak Tree marketing. #MactaggartFamilyLeadership

Crown ward education championship team (CWECT)

Pearl Street was happy to reconnect with our friends at OECT and help design, plan and facilitate their last formal meeting. Having been a part of their initial start up 5 years ago, we were honored to help this group of youth-in-care advocates plan for next steps of their important work.

Pearl Street created a new logo for MPO (formerly known as OIMP) that reflects their  member’s commitment to personalized service and supporting local economies. Their new name, terrific branding and related messaging came together after listening to the passions of members, staff and board. #LocalTastesBetter

Another partnership with the cool kids at Barking Dog Studios, we supported Rite Rite with new messaging and web copy to reflect their new branding and marketing focus. We took complicated regulatory language and using our plain language skills, created an engaging narrative focused on customer value.
