Step One
Book your free, no obligation 30 minute consultation with our Chief Listening Officer, Curt. During your call he will learn more about your project and share how our team experience will help you find the right naming solution.
Step Two
When you are ready to start, we sign a simple work agreement and you make your payment via STRIPE.
Step Three
Shortly after payment is received, we will be in touch to book a 60 minute Zoom meeting with two of our team members to start the creative process. We will send you a list of questions and thoughts to think about before our call. Our conversation will be engaging, focused on your needs and full of lots of listening from our team.
Step Four
Within 5 business days (faster turnaround is available) we will share 8 - 10 thoughtful and meaningful names in a professionally formatted document ready for you to present to your team. Each name will have been fully vetted as per our process (detailed below.)
Step Five
After you have had a chance to reflect on these suggestions, we book another 30 min Zoom meeting with one or two of our team members for your feedback and input.
Step SIX
Within 3 business days (faster turnaround is available) we send you another professional naming package with 5 - 6 new name ideas based on your input and feedback.
Step Seven
Based on your specific electronic feedback to us, if needed, we can tweak 1 to 3 of the ideas we’ve already sent you. We’re happy to say that in over 9 out of 10 cases, the winner’s already on the table!
